Date Range:
In the top right corner, you will see that the date range is set for the last full month. This is the time period that the analytics data reflects. You can change this to see data from a previous month, or the current month so far.
Sessions:
The total number of visits the website had during the specified time period.
Users:
The number of unique visitors to the website.
New Users:
The number of users that visited the website for the first time.
Goal Completions:
A combination of mobile phone number clicks and contact form fills. This does not count someone keying in the phone number and calling directly. Goal completions may vary based on your campaign specifics.
Pageviews:
The total number of individual pages viewed.
Pages / Session:
The average number of pages a user visited per session.
Avg. Session Duration:
The average length of time a user spent on the website during their visit.
Bounce Rate:
The percent of visitors that left the website after only viewing one page. (This is not inherently good or bad, but it can help us identify problems with the website or understand how visitors are engaging with the content.)
Breakdown by channel
- Organic: Data for visitors who found the website via organic Google Search (attributed to organic SEO rankings.)
- (none): Google has incomplete data for these visitors, who could have typed in the website directly, a combination of the other three channels, or come to the site by some other means.
- Referral: Data for visitors who came to the website from another website (for example a social media page, directory, or other outside source.)
- CPC: Data for visitors who found the website via paid Google Ads.
