Hi I work at Arrow Limousine and found out about JSMT from a local coffee company in Redbank being Coffee Coral. JSMT has been nothing short of incredible. You let them prep and get the website up and going for review- then when editing and adjustments come they were on it within the hour of your email being sent. I had pre-created Wix content that needed refactoring into a new proper web site. It needed new design and refactoring of pages. Despite not being familiar with the industry their first attempt was their only attempt as it was overwhelmingly correct. Some tweaks here and there which took them less than a day and done. The design was very good, communication via email was very good. When I say they are responsive I mean they are very responsive. The pricing was also reasonable. Overall the deliverables were first rate. Don't both with free lance workers and don't bother with mega dollar huge factory type web firms. These. Guys. Are. The. Best.  I hired a local guy to build my website, but he could not handle the ongoing maintenance and hosting challenges and quit that business and I had to find a new hosting partner, but fast.  I came across JSMT Media and because I am committed to working with locals whenever possible, I signed on with them.  They said, we'll host your site, but only if we can redesign it, more than anything, to fix bugs but to help you reach wider target audiences. Their redesign was nothing short of pure genius, and made for a significant improvement in SEO and audience figures. Their support team is OUTSTANDING, again, local people who will not just fix a problem but come to the table with options to fix or enhance the site further.  When we have had special content needs, they have responded with VERY affordable plans, and you can see this in our Black History Tour. And the whole thing is absurdly affordable. Seriously? Justin and his company JSMT Media has  built a website for my small business.  I had several other companies given me proposals, some of them much cheaper.  What made me choose Justin is  how professional his approach was from the very beginning, he knew the answers pertinent to my specific needs ( medical practice ) , he was very competent  at explaining the details and some of the nuances  of medical websites I didn't even know existed ( HIPAA related ). The entire time his team was working on the website , they were in communication with me, the  time frame was very clear. I liked the design from the very beginning,  all the suggestions  and details  that I proposed were done . When I changed my mind several times,  they adjusted and changed the design to how I wanted it.  The final product turned out exactly how I envisioned it, very clean  design, responsive mobile version. At the end, there were no hidden fees or add on charges.  He showed me how to access the  web site from the back end, change  the content  as needed and put up emergency announcements. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like an amazing web site with minimal effort. I have not used them for web marketing yet but I will be hiring them for this in the near future as well. The web site has produced a higher volume of customers and I can’t wait to see what their web marketing plan will do for me and the volume of my business. I have total faith in these guys. I CANNOT recommend JSMT enough. I came across them on Google after switching from company to company and just couldn't find someone who could get it right. I was previously dealing with web companies that just would not deliver. They would set the bar really high and then not do what they told me they were doing. My SEO suffered greatly, the overall health of my website was crashing down and worst of all, I lost a lot of time that could have been used towards building my business. I was extremely stressed and doubtful that I could find someone who could pick up the pieces. A few months ago I had a meeting with Justin and he assured me that they would deliver their very best. I am so pleased to say that JSMT really has. I have been with them for a few months now and am so excited to go into 2018 with a really good foundation and digital marketing plan in place. Working with Justin from JSMT Media was a pleasure.  My business, The Alexandrite Group LLC, needed an updated website.  I asked Justin to design a site that would have a more contemporary feel and experience.  After a few modifications, based upon collaborative discussions during the design phase, we were both pleased with the final results. After the launch, all clients own their website.  For ongoing changes, maintenance and such, clients can choose to retain the services of JSMT Media, maintain their own website and updates, or hire another company. These guys took a website that was nothing more then a single paged site and turned it into a multidimensional site with great pictures and videos. I went to JSMT with a VERY outdated website. They managed to bring it into the modern era, including doing a fantastic job at making it mobile friendly. I went on to ask them to create something from scratch for me, and they did a wonderful job.
